- The credit cards accepted by this site are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Maestro, Diners Club, and Union Pay. We accept payments from Goolge Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal (including PayLater). We accept various local payment methods such as iDEAL, Przelewy24, EPS, Giropay, Bancontact, SEPA, MyBank, and Sofort. Credit card, Paypal, and local payment methods are all processed by Braintree.
- We reserve the right to cancel or defer the acceptance or processing of any order at any time in which case you will be notified.
Local Taxes
Brusso Hardware charges VAT taxes to customers inside the European Union. Customers elsewhere are expected to comply with local laws. International customers, all our prices are exclusive of local taxes and import duties. Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or import duties related to the purchase of our products. We ask our customers to be familiar with local taxes and regulations before purchasing our products.

Shipping & Delivery
Most items ship from stock in 2-3 business days. If we are unable to ship your order within 2-3 business days we will advise you via telephone or email and offer you the option to split your shipment or cancel your order. Delivery times displayed are estimates based on information provided by our shipping partners. Shipments can be delayed for a variety of reasons. For international shipments, be advised shipments may be delayed because of customs processing and duty collection.
Prices shown on this site do not include shipping. Clients are responsible for all shipping charges including any charges generated by our shipping partners prior to arrival. Our shipping partner is United Parcel Service (UPS). All shipments outside the United States are FOB our shipping point. If a package does not arrive due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred.
Measurement
All of our parts are manufactured, measured, and inspected in US Customary (USC)/Imperial units. Any reference to or descriptions of Brusso Hardware in SI or Metric units is only referential and approximate. If you see metric units used either on this site, in an email, or in any other communications with Brusso Hardware understand that all these units are for reference only and that these measurements have all been converted from our official USC/Imperial measurements.

Return Policy
For any standard item ordered on our site you have the right to cancel and return your order within fourteen (14) days, for any reason and without a justification. For returns between fifteen (15) and ninety (90) days returns will be accepted for items that have not been opened and are still in salable condition. This policy does not apply to custom work which is made to order.
Brusso offers a 2-year guarantee for all goods. If any of our products turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot we will repair or replace the item free of charge or give you a credit and/or refund. This policy does not apply to cosmetic defects.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges, except in the case of defective items. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. To initiate a return, contact us. We will provide you with a Customer Return Number (CRN). Please do not ship any return packages without prior authorization from Brusso.

Custom Work
Inquiries for custom work must include detailed sketches or prints which will be quoted by Brusso. Orders will be accepted based upon our quotation and your approval for work to be done and the deliveries quoted which are typically six (6) weeks. Payment for custom work will include 50% down payment with the order and payment in full before shipment is made. Interest will begin to accrue on the outstanding balance at the rate of 1/2% per month after fifteen (15) days of the final invoice date. Custom work is not returnable. Any logos including or relating to the Brusso name are trademarked property of Brusso Products LLC. Any reproduction, publishing, republishing, transmitting, distribution, modification, posting, uploading, or otherwise misusing these registered trademarks is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

We do not purport to have a site that is completely free of errors and/or inaccuracies.
